Captain Williams is the Operations Flight Commander, Air Force ROTC Detachment 925, and an Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies, University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Capt Williams commissioned into the Air Force in 2018 from Air Force ROTC, Detachment 020 at the University of Arizona. She is an Airfield Operations Officer, and has served in various assignments managing airfields and Air Traffic Control facilities.
